Executive Services - Monthly Retainer
We will work with you to put together a strategic plan to meet your goals and vision for the business, and break down the tasks to be undertaken & actually work with you to get the work done!
We will begin by having a full planning day, draw up a vision and plan for you business, and then begin implementing the steps to achieve the results.
We can attend meetings with you, partner you with the right external services, provide ongoing advice and project management and be your business partner.
Our Executive service is like having a Strategic Executive on your team, but for a tiny fraction of the cost!
Please note that in order to be able to provide the best possible service to our customers, the Executive Services package has strictly limited numbers and a selection criteria.
