WHEN ARE SUBSCRIPTION BOXES SENT?

The A Little Time For Me monthly subscription box will be sent out in the second week of every month. If you order after a particular month's cut off date, you will begin receiving the subscription boxes the following month.

WHAT IF I PURCHASE DIFFERENT ITEMS (NOT THE SUBSCRIPTION BOX) HOW SOON AFTER I ORDER WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

If you purchase a pamper box & an order is placed before 5pm, the order is fulfilled on the date of order, and sent out the following business day.

If you purchase a pamper box & the order is placed after 5pm, we will still endeavour to fulfil your order the same day, however if this is not possible it will be fulfilled the next day, and sent out the following business day.

If you are buying an item at the same time as your subscription box order, you can elect to have that fulfilled on the next business day and depending on the items purchased, pay additional shipping costs, or you can elect to have it sent the same time as your monthly subscription box and receive free shipping.

CAN I ORDER ON A WEEKEND?

Yes, you can order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day through our online store. 

Weekend orders however, are fulfilled over the weekend, and sent out on Monday (or the following business day if Monday is a public holiday in South Australia).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Although we cannot guarantee delivery times, most orders with a suburban Australian delivery address will be received within 6 business days from date of sending. 

Most orders with a rural / regional Australian delivery address will be received within 12 business days from the date of sending.

DOES FREE SHIPPING INCLUDE TASMANIA?

Absolutely!! Tasmania is a part of Australia, and therefore our free shipping policy includes Tasmania :)

Tasmania is subject to the same residential and rural shipping conditions & time frames as everywhere else in Australia.

CAN I TRACK MY PACAKGE?

At the time of fulfilment, you will be emailed to say that your order has been fulfilled and you will be given a tracking number for this order.

Most of our orders will be sent out via Sendle.

You will then be able to track your order via the Sendle tracking page located here

In the event that your order is being shipped to a rural address, tracking may be temporarily unavailable as Sendle may need to pass this package onto a local courier to complete the delivery. 

We may also send out your package via Australia Post, which again can be tracked using Australia Post's tracking page.

CAN I SEND TO A PO BOX?

Although you can elect to send to a PO Box, you may incur shipping costs on items that would otherwise include free shipping.
This is because we cannot use our normal courier to deliver your package, and hence we may need to pass on our additional shipping costs to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS NOT RECEIVED?

We really pride ourselves on our customer service at Join The Joneses, and as part of this we will be keeping a close eye on all orders to ensure a smooth delivery.
