If an order is placed before 5pm, the order is fulfilled on the date of order, and sent out via Sendle (courier) the following business day.
If the order is placed after 5pm, we will still endeavour to fulfil your order the same day, however if this is not possible it will be fulfilled the next day, and sent out the following business day via Sendle (courier).
Yes, you can order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day through our online store.
Weekend orders however, are fulfilled over the weekend, and sent out on Monday (or the following business day if Monday is a public holiday in South Australia) via Sendle (courier).
Orders with a suburban Australian delivery address will be received within 6 business days from date of sending (via Sendle, our courier).
Orders with a rural / regional Australian delivery address will be received within 12 business days from the date of sending (via Sendle, our courier).
Some extremely rural / regional areas may be outside of our delivery area. Please contact us if you are unsure if we can deliver to your area, and we will let you know!

Tasmania is subject to the same residential and rural shipping conditions & time frames as everywhere else in Australia.
At the time of fulfilment, you will be emailed to say that your order has been fulfilled and you will be given a tracking number for this order.
You will then be able to track your order via the Sendle (our courier) tracking page located here
In the event that your order is being shipped to a rural address, tracking may be temporarily unavailable as Sendle may need to pass this package onto a local courier to complete the delivery.
No, as our gift boxes are sent via a courier to allow them to arrive in the best possible condition, they can not be sent to a PO Box.
They must be sent to a residential or business Australian address.
